Base Camp
Base Camp is the first interactive workshop in a series of experiences that Sacred Mountain Press is offering under the Crowded Table Workshops.
Crowded Table: What’s Next introduce a way to access your Creative Spirit.
What is a Creative Spirit?
A Creative Spirit is the flow you feel when you’re in the clear, calm space within you. It’s propels you towards your next step without internal judgement or criticism and it allows you to move towards a place of self-love and generosity.
Base Camp is an individual and group experience and this process takes you to your own creative place that is tucked safely within you. Base Camp is created to supply each participant with the basic foundational tools needed to move into one’s Internal Studio Space.
What is an Internal Studio Space?
Your Internal Studio Space is the safe place within you that offers you a sense of calm, peace and guidance. In this space you can consider your next steps with a sense of self-acceptance and kindness.
